CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in healthcare/behavioral health HR preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and HIPAA.
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze evidence and make sound judgments based on facts.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders, including employees, managers, legal counsel, and compliance officers.
