Weekly pay on Fridays
2nd shift: 3PM1AM

An attractive rate of pay reflecting skills, competencies and potential. The starting payrate for this position is $18.32 an hour with an attractive benefits package. This job is located in Springfield, MA. This is a direct hire, we are not a temp agency.

What You Need to Succeed:

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent Attendance Record and solid work history
Excellent safety record
You must be able to use a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch and understand basic math. Skills will be tested.
A great work ethic
Available to work 2nd shift and every other Saturday
Strong focus on Quality
Maintain housekeeping excellence
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, bend throughout a shift
Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus, Printing experience very helpful
Basic English Language skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
Offer contingent on passing background screening, preemployment physical and drug screen.
