We are currently seeking a Head of Finance - Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in a succession planning role. After thorough training, you will have the opportunity to take on diverse and challenging tasks and projects, with room for personal growth, your own ideas, and concepts.


Responsibilities


  • Independently and responsibly manage the financial accounting as Head of Finance, including fixed asset accounting, cost accounting, and inventory valuation, as well as projects for our sister company
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
  • Preparation and validation of annual plans
  • Monitoring and development of tax-relevant KPIs
  • Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
  • Optimization and further development of ongoing accounting processes
  • Implementation and execution of the merger with our sister company
  • Preparation of monthly statistics and reports
  • Point of contact for accounting and tax
