Job Summary

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Communicating with prospects, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Keeping up with service offerings and updates.
• Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.

Other Requirements
Great organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
Speak and write English clearly
Strong work ethic
Team player with a "growth" attitude
US citizen or Green Card holder

Hours

Education and Experience
This is the perfect opportunity for a college student looking to work part time and gain valuable work experience. At a minimum, a HS Diploma or GED is needed.


Compensation
$16 to $18 per hour, based on experience.
