Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
  • Empty trash and recycling bins
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
  • Perform buffing and floor maintenance as needed
  • Assist with porter duties, such as moving furniture or equipment
  • Follow established safety procedures and guidelines

Experience:


  • Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

  • Portage, MI: Relocate before starting work (required)
