Description

Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in Sharon, MA.

The Cleaner/Maintenance role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of the property.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas;
Janitorial and grounds care;
Performs work orders, including snow/ice removal;
Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards.
Requirements of the Position:
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal;
Ability to take initiative and be selfmotivated;
Excellent customer service skills a must.
Reliable vehicle required to fulfill essential duties of the job.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Education and Experience:

Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of previous cleaning experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
