- Plan, implement, and supervise promotional marketing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, address customer concerns effectively, and guide a talented team of sales professionals
- Leverage data-driven and value-centric sales techniques to drive customer engagement, minimize account cancellations, and enhance sales outcomes
- Collaborate with the Senior Key Account Manager to cultivate strong relationships with industry peers and client executives. Together, establish marketing goals based on sales projections aligned with the client's growth objectives
- Stay updated on product offerings, services, and promotions. Utilize your client portfolio to identify cross-selling and upselling potentials when new products become available
- Assist the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team in identifying top industry talent through headhunting, sourcing candidates, and virtual career events
- Enhance your analytical capabilities to lead sales pitches, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, and identify areas for enhancement
- Maintain regular communication with partners, clients, and consumers within the local market. This role holds significant visibility within our organization
