With five locations in Germany, Westlake Vinnolit employs approximately 1,400 employees.

We are currently seeking a Superintendent / Deputy Plant Manager (m/f/d) for our Knapsack location in the Operations/Production department.

This is a full-time, permanent position.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage the CEL operations department
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Develop and implement production strategies to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role in a chemical production plant
  • Strong knowledge of PVC production processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in German and English
