- Oversee the daily operations of ERP and business systems, ensuring high performance and availability.
- Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance, support, and improvement of ERP and business systems.
- Ensure our systems align with business requirements and enhance functionality and performance by collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new systems, applications, and functionality in response to business needs.
- Foster strong relationships with all functional departments and management levels throughout the organization.
- Lead the analysis, design, and execution of system enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive backup and disaster recovery plans for our ERP and business systems.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring contract terms and service levels are met.
- Provide mentorship and training to IT team members.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles.
- Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members.

The Manager, IT ERP and Business Systems is responsible for the support, maintenance, improvement, and strategic alignment of our ERP and business systems. Duties include fostering strong business partnerships and leveraging technology to drive business efficiency and innovation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a business related field. An advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing ERP or other business systems and functions. Deep understanding of the electric cooperative industry and its unique IT needs. Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.
