    Job Summary: The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Lead the consolidation of financial statements from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of annual audits.
    • Support strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing financial analysis and modeling.
    • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and support company-wide initiatives.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
    • Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on consolidations.
    • Proven track record of career progression within finance roles.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
