Job Duties:
- Accounts Payable Duties: matching pack slips to vendor bill, entering and coding into our accounting software, answering any account inquiries
- Reviewing the collections report and contacting customers about past due invoices
- Completing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Reconciling the credit card statement, downloading expense reports, and matching receipts
- General filing and data entry when necessary
- Assisting the Controller with other monthend/yearend accounting related tasks when needed
