Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team.
The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team engaged in landscaping, tree care, and maintenance.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers
- Plan and assign daily tasks to crew members
- Ensure quality standards are met for all landscaping and maintenance work
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Perform handson landscaping duties alongside the crew
- Monitor inventory of tools and equipment, requesting replacements as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Drive company truck and trailer
Experience:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, and irrigation
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices and plant maintenance
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a landscaping environment
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools effectively
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Must have a valid drivers license
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
