Our in-house restaurant, Prim & Proper, features a range of offerings such as small plates, lunch, dinner, and desserts, as well as coffee and a full bar. We offer a hybrid service model, including counter-service, table-service, full bar and coffee selections, and take out.

**Lead Bartender**

The Bar Lead will assist in the overall management of the restaurant, and lead in the absence of the Chef Manager or F&B Team Lead. This position will be responsible for assisting the Chef Manager and F&B Team Lead in training and leading a high-functioning F&B team, including front- and back-of-house personnel. As this role is customer-facing, exceptional customer service is paramount. In addition, the following are skills which applicants will need to possess:

**Practical bartending/barista experience required**

Actively-engaged management style

Team player and motivator

Superior leadership & management skills

Problem solving & delegation

Time management and organizational skills

Proficient in restaurant systems (such as POS/Inventory/Scheduling)

Restaurant financial knowledge (P&L/Budget/Food & Labor Costs)

The restaurant will have a full liquor bar and wine program, as well as coffee service and food-handling. This is a great role for a person with extensive bar knowledge and the ability to be creative.
