    The Talent Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day matching of healthcare professionals (Travel Nurses) to their preferred assignments nationwide.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to all applicants applied through our mobile app
    • Screen qualified candidates, secure proper documentation and present them to their preferred facilities
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future placement opportunities
    • Provide exceptional customer service by putting healthcare professionals' needs first and foremost

    What we expect from you:

    • Preferred experience working with metrics/KPI's
    • Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems
    • Competitive nature that motivates you to succeed and surpass your goals
    • Self-driven mentality that wants to take advantage of ample incentive opportunities
    • Superior communication skills and strong sense of urgency
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
