Naval Academy, MD is currently seeking a full-time Youth Coordinator (m/f/d) for the BBU '01 as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the basketball direction of the club
  • Personnel responsibility for coaches in grassroots sports
  • Taking over a BBU'01 performance team as head coach
  • Representing the club in a professional manner in public
  • Planning, organizing and monitoring the game operations of all teams in the club

What you should bring:

  • Experience as a basketball coach
  • Experience in the sports club office
  • Rhetorical skills and communication skills on the phone and in personal contact
  • Knowledge of working with children and young people
  • High social competence and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Friendly and wellgroomed appearance with excellent manners
  • Business understanding, analytical thinking, as well as entrepreneurial and solutionoriented thinking and acting
  • Structured work style combined with high commitment, motivation, flexibility and a handson mentality
  • Great passion for sports
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Driver's license class B
