Under general direction of the Unit Manager (Housing and Community Development Manager I), the incumbent independently performs the more responsible, complex, and varied day-to-day activities associated with grant and loan closing including analysis of financing documents and preparation of grant and loan closing documents functions which include the more responsible, varied, and technically difficult, developmental, or analytical assignments.
