    Oracle is hiring a Client Success Specialist III within our Oracle Health organization.

    Ideal candidates will have experience in Oracle's OKS system and have renewals experience.


    The role:
    Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.


    Work with a diverse portfolio of clients to develop a long-term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure the client continues/replenishes/renews the contract with Oracle.

    Responsible for maintaining high client happiness by collaborating closely with our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Responsible for sharing information across the CSM team via defined methods.

    Job duties are varied and complex, using independent judgment. 5 to 7 years of professional experience. Validated experience in implementation or client-facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.

    Responsibilities


    Work with medium sized clients to develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle.

    Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations.

    Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Responsible for sharing information across the CSM team via defined methods.

    US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $32.07 to $60.63 per hour; from $66,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 90/10.


    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    11 paid holidays

    Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
