General Job Description:
The Inventory Coordinator supports the organization by tracking and controlling inventories of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

The goal of the Company is 100% on-time, order fulfillment, and accurate inventory management is critical to acheiving this objective.

The Inventory Coordinator oversees first in-first out inventory management; manages lot codes for product traceability; and manages end of month physical counts.

The Inventory Coordinator works closely with Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and Operations.


Success in the position _
requires_**:

• Placing the customer first and going above and beyond to take care of their product needs.
• Collaborating with other team members, especially Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.
• Skilled at using Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks.
• Careful attention to detail to ensure the order inventories are accurate and full traceability is possible through lot code system.
• Excellent written communication skills and is cordial, direct, timely, detailed.
• Ability to manage many moving parts yet remain organized and composed.
• As part of a small, growing company, we all wear many hats, so a demonstrated willingness to pitch in and help others is critical to everyone's success.

Other Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in inventory management.
• Some experience with Accounting is a plus.
• A high school diploma, or GED. Some college is a plus, but not required.
• Adept with Microsoft Office suite of products, and capable of learning other technology tools.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Well organized, mature, thoughtful, conscientious.
• Careful attention to details, as mistakes can seriously impact customer relationships
• A desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, and lift 30 lbs.
• Collaborative and willing to pitch in where needed to contribute to the Company's success.

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
