General Job Description:
The Inventory Coordinator supports the organization by tracking and controlling inventories of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
The goal of the Company is 100% on-time, order fulfillment, and accurate inventory management is critical to acheiving this objective.
The Inventory Coordinator oversees first in-first out inventory management; manages lot codes for product traceability; and manages end of month physical counts.
The Inventory Coordinator works closely with Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and Operations.Success in the position _
requires_**:
- Placing the customer first and going above and beyond to take care of their product needs.
- Collaborating with other team members, especially Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.
- Skilled at using Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks.
- Careful attention to detail to ensure the order inventories are accurate and full traceability is possible through lot code system.
- Excellent written communication skills and is cordial, direct, timely, detailed.
- Ability to manage many moving parts yet remain organized and composed.

Other Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in inventory management.
- Some experience with Accounting is a plus.
- A high school diploma, or GED. Some college is a plus, but not required.
- Adept with Microsoft Office suite of products, and capable of learning other technology tools.
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Well organized, mature, thoughtful, conscientious.
- Careful attention to details, as mistakes can seriously impact customer relationships
- A desire to grow personally and professionally.
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, and lift 30 lbs.
- Collaborative and willing to pitch in where needed to contribute to the Company's success.
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
