Description
***: Responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy are held to the highest standard through the warehouse, forwards stock locations, and returns caged areas. Will be assigned an area to ensure work is completed timely and accurately. Serves as a resource to supervisor and back up team leads and team members. Supports productivity, quality and safety efforts by accurately operating production equipment, assisting in troubleshooting and rectifying issues, training and mentoring team members. Conduct shift-to-shift communication in assigned department to ensure workflow flows seamlessly between team members and issues are known, followed up on, completed, and communicated.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensure appropriate workflow for assigned area including
Cycle Counting,
Problem solving
, shifting resources and back filling as needed

Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and correctly in a timely manner:

- ** Serve as a first line resource for questions/issues from team members on all shifts, in
coordination
with
warehouse
team leads and supervisor**:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- ** Three to five years relevant working experience; experience in a
pharmacy dispensing
setting is preferred**:


  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, remain on feet during your shift
