Your responsibilities:
- Technical consulting and support for customers in the service department
- Recommendation for service and spare parts needs and repairs
- Conducting and accompanying damage investigations
- Organizing customeroriented solutions for spare parts procurement
- Liaison between customers and internal interfaces
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a technician or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Relevant professional experience
- Experience in assembly
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong technical understanding
- Excellent communication skills
