GalaxE.Solutions and its Outsource to America(O2A) workforce development program is building the next generation of IT engineers by providing training to non-IT professionals to fill in-demand roles that are currently being outsourced due to the lack of talent in the United States.

What You Will Do:

O2A Trainees join as a member of a diverse cohort of aspiring IT professionals. Trainees receive formal training and mentorship in roles and skills that align with GalaxE's technology requirements.

Once the initial training program is complete, team members receive an opportunity to use leverage their skills and bring value to live projects.

O2A Program Graduates grow their careers as a member of GalaxE's GxCore project delivery teams.

O2A Trainees must possess the attitude, aptitude, and drive to be successful in a career in technology. While no college degree or work experience is required, qualified applicants must possess the following qualifications.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Passion for learning new technology and expressing ideas
  • Desire to work as part of a team in the IT field
  • Desire for professional and personal growth through training, coaching, and feedback
  • Selfstarter motivation
Prior academic or work experience with the skills below is desired.

  • Call center, service desk experience
  • Understanding of PC's, Software, networking fundamentals
  • Experience resolving technical problems
  • Understanding of PC's, Software, networking fundamentals
  • AMAZING communication and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Selfstarter

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work onsite (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Handeye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.


Employees must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees requiring accommodations to perform the essential functions of their jobs, absent undue hardship.
