Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, standard operating procedures, presentations, and videos, to educate staff on solar products, installation techniques, safety procedures, software, and industry regulations.
  • Lead training sessions for new hires and existing staff, covering various aspects of solar technology, customer service, and company policies.
  • Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments or job roles within the organization, ensuring that each staff member receives relevant and effective training.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Revise and update training materials as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including HR, operations, and technology, to support organizational training initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training programs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in training development, administration, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation in learning and development.
  • Experience in Google slides, docs, sheets, and Google Classroom
