Description
Answer phones- Assist with dispatching calls
- Assist with logístical daytoday operations
- Assist comptroller with daytoday accounting tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
- Prepare, process and file invoices
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies in invoices
- Assist in the preparation of accounts receivable reports
- Support accounts receivable functions, including vendor management and payment processing
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
Requirements:
- Proven experience in A/R or similar role
- Office experience answering phones and day to day office operations
- Ability to multi task in busy office environment
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to type 30 WPM
