Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with a focus on payroll and compensation (m/f/d) to join our headquarters in Wetzlar and help us drive forward. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing and processing monthly payroll
  • Reconciling payroll accounts with the finance department
  • Managing reporting and documentation requirements
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Maintaining employee data and records
  • Communicating with authorities, agencies, insurance companies, and social security providers
  • Handling personnel administration tasks such as creating employment contracts, references, warnings, and terminations
  • Recruiting blue-collar workers
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Completed training as a payroll accountant (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge of tax, labor, tariff, and social security laws
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes
  • Experience in HR administration
  • Independent and precise working style, analytical thinking, and affinity for numbers
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
