Hingham PT, situated on Route 3A in Hingham, is looking for an Outpatient Therapist to join our team We provide competitive salaries, CI bonuses, and an outstanding benefits package. Opt for a 4 or 5-day workweek on days of your choosing. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aiding others and a dedication to delivering the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating patients' needs and formulating tailored treatment plans.
Educating and supporting patients.
Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Expertise in orthopedics, sports medicine, and other outpatient therapy disciplines.
Requirements for PTs:
*Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
*Outpatient experience as a PT is preferred
*Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
Hingham Physical Therapy is a privately PT owned entity within a network of four outpatient physical therapy clinics in Massachusetts. We seek compassionate, diligent, dependable individuals with excellent interpersonal skills for a discussion about opportunities.
Job responsibilities:
1. Administer physical therapy treatments.
2. Maintain effective communication with the manager and other members of the healthcare team about patient progress, issues, or plans.
3. Promptly and thoroughly document daily treatment notes in a web-based system.
4. Accurately record treatment charges and complete charge tickets promptly.
