Position Description:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Clinic Director in the oversight of quality of care provided and operations of the clinic. The Clinical Supervisor also provides treatment to the client base they are most comfortable with, based on their given specialty areas and treatment modalities. This role supports the Clinic Director and clinic staff, assists with staffing needs, provides resource support, and performs administrative oversight.
The Clinical Supervisor will have a desire to lead and motivate clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor will be passionate about cultivating a work environment that values employee well-being, team collaboration and life-long learning, all in the interest of the clients served in our outpatient treatment setting.
