Develop with owners and implement strategic plans

Conducting research in different areas of California and identify potential business locations

Look at demographics, target customers, and competition in the area

• Ensure that once location is acquired that it becomes fully operational
• Hire, train and develop other team members
• Set up phone system, IT system, purchase necessary equipment, i.e. Computers and Furniture
• Ensure compliance with State and Local Licensing and regulatory requirements

Proven Experience in Construction preferably
Home Remodeling and Improvement

BA/BS Degree (4-year) In Business Administration or related field.

• 3+ years of
  Business Development experience.
• Able to work within a set Budget
• Ability and willingness to work nontraditional hours (nights/weekends)
• Strong planning & organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) & Google Docs.
• Ability to interpret technical data and resolve questions required.
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to Problem Solve and think Creatively
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Present ideas clearly and concisely
• Ability to focus on long term goalsPay: $70, $150,000.00 per year
