Description
Develop with owners and implement strategic plansConducting research in different areas of California and identify potential business locations
Look at demographics, target customers, and competition in the area
- Ensure that once location is acquired that it becomes fully operational
- Hire, train and develop other team members
- Set up phone system, IT system, purchase necessary equipment, i.e. Computers and Furniture
- Ensure compliance with State and Local Licensing and regulatory requirements

Proven Experience in Construction preferably
Home Remodeling and Improvement

BA/BS Degree (4-year) In Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of
Business Development experience. - Able to work within a set Budget
- Ability and willingness to work nontraditional hours (nights/weekends)
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) & Google Docs.
- Ability to interpret technical data and resolve questions required.
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to Problem Solve and think Creatively
- Excellent verbal and written skills. Present ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to focus on long term goalsPay: $70, $150,000.00 per year
