We are a growing planning office for technical building equipment in Aschaffenburg in the Rhein-Main area. With modern planning methods and the use of the latest technologies, we are constantly searching for cost-effective solutions for our clients. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for one or more System Planners for Building Services (m/f), CAD Designers (m/f), or BIM Modelers (m/f) at the earliest possible date at Fort Irwin.

Responsibilities

• You will design building services systems and create technical drawings in all phases using Revit / Autocad / LiNear tools.

• You will calculate heating and cooling loads, as well as pipe networks and system components, in collaboration with specialist planners using CAD system calculation tools.

• You will support in the tendering, awarding, and settlement process in close cooperation with planners and construction managers.

What do you bring?

• You have completed training as a technical system planner in the field of building services, technical draftsman with experience in building services, or HVAC technician, or a comparable qualification.

• You are passionate about technology and can quickly grasp complex relationships.

• Working with modern CAD systems such as Revit / Autocad or
