The GBH - Gesellschaft für Baustoff-Aufbereitung und Handel mbH - is a recycling company located in Capon Bridge, WV. We operate processing plants (crushers, screens, and washers) to recycle mineral waste. We have three fixed locations around Munich and also operate several mobile recycling plants in Bavaria.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a:

Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our washing plant


Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the washing and sorting plant for rocks and railway ballast
  • Continuous monitoring of the plant's condition, planning preventive maintenance work and carrying out adhoc repairs
  • Planning and procurement of spare parts in coordination with the supervisor (m/f/d)
  • Continuous process optimization and development of improvement potentials within the team
  • ITbased documentation of operations and material flows
  • Efficient scheduling of employees and temporary workers (m/f/d)

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a process mechanic (m/f/d), machine fitter (m/f/d) or agricultural/construction machinery mechanic (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in a similar position and manual dexterity
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Organizational skills and willingness to perform
  • Class B driver's license
  • Very good knowledge of German
