The Residential Supervisor is the first point of contact for all CC Level Positions and their primary responsibility is to ensure the continued smooth operation of the constituent parts of the program as it relates to house operations, program policies and procedures, client control and supervision, as well as accounting for the proper training of staff in regards to their duties at the residences and other applicable sites.

The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for many aspects of the residence that they will work out of.

They will be responsible to ensuring that the facility staffed on all shifts, the upkeep of the residence is handled daily, and able to guide and train a team of Client Coordinators to provide world class healthcare services.

This position requires flexibility and the ability to work weekends and nights if needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function assigned satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Able to pass a federal DOJ LiveScan and be able to work in a CA-DSS CCL facility

Flexible schedule:
Must be available to work different shifts and cover call outs if needed. Minimum of 5 days per week.


  • Possess valid driver's license
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Current T.B. clearance

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work on a computer/keyboard, use electronic systems, communicate with others through written and verbal formats, ability to sit for long periods of time, listening, reading comprehension, lifting up to 10 lbs.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for all the following, and additional duties may be removed or assigned as needed.


These include but are limited to:

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all Clients and Staff members by providing appropriate supervision of staff while on shift. Methods of supervision include utilizing communication platforms such as Gchat for staff, and VisibleHand tracking systems for clients and ensuring we are monitoring rounds are being completed in a timely manner and within proximity and overall oversight for entire system.
  • Staying up to date with all Program Guidelines and it's functioning parts. This information must also be disseminated to all support staff.
  • 3. Ensure that all personnel are properly trained and up to company standards of excellence. Responsible for adequately training all New Hires to work efficiently and safely in all facilities. Hold all staff accountable, according to the company standards. 4.

Manage logistics:
includes but not limited to; Intake, discharges,transitions, lab drives, any outside doctor appointments as needed.- 5. Liaison for support staff to the management team when necessary. Contact management team regarding improvements in the facilities as well as staff members that need improvements.- 6. Build a healthy rapport with all clients and support staff. Communicate with management any concerns from clients and or support staff.- 7.

Be a multitalented utility player in the residences, assisting in various matters effectively including but not limited to:
