District Clinics Swabia, we are looking for a
Representative (m/f/d) for International Nursing Professionals at the
Günzburg location starting on
December 1, 2023:


Full-time or part-time (minimum 75%), permanent

  • The Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics at the District Hospital Günzburg is a center of excellence for mentally ill people, offering inpatient, daycare (daynight clinic) and outpatient treatment and care. As the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy II of the University of Ulm, we also perform tasks in research and teaching.

Your main tasks:


  • As a Representative (m/f/d) for International Nursing Professionals, you are the
    primary contact person for our nursing staff from abroad who are in the recognition process for health and nursing professionals.
  • You
    work closely with the
    Nursing Directorate,
    various wards, and the
    Human Resources department and
    handle communication with placement agencies, authorities, hospitals, and other institutions.
  • You
    prepare all requirements for entry, organize the entire recognition process, and monitor deadlines and appointments.
  • You are responsible for
    organizing and equipping living spaces and support with the
    daily integration of new colleagues into the team, their new living environment, and administrative procedures.
