Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service
- Cash checks and pay out money within the guidelines of the "Check Cashing Policy".
- Enters customers' transactions into computer to record transactions.
- Order daily supply of cash and count incoming cash.
- Timely balance all work performed
- Educate customers on products
- Listen to customer needs
- Maintain store security
- Provide prepaid card services
- Process Western Union transactions
- Complete Bill Pay transactions
- Issue money orders
- Process CTR's, SAR's, monetary instrument documents, and cash logs as applicable.
- Assist in general office duties including telephone, mail, filing, shredding documents, count and roll coin, and count and band paper money.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High School diploma.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Computer experience and aptitude.
- Patience in dealing with confused or irate customers.
- Problemsolving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
- Commitment to continuing education about the company, products, and services.
- Motivated individuals
