Churubusco WHO'S PERFECT 21 MSB Invest GmbH Human Resources Department Landsberger Str Munich We are looking for you to join and enrich our WHO'S PERFECT team in Hamburg, Munich, and Stuttgart in a full-time position as Store Manager / Sales Manager (m/f/d) Your responsibilities * Managing one of our stores * Ensuring and organizing daily operations in the store * Coordinating consultation and sales (in-store and via chat) and supporting your team in selling Italian designer furniture to achieve sales and company goals * Effective management, development, and motivation of employees through clear goal setting and feedback * Creating staff schedules Your qualifications * Several years of experience in first or second-line management with direct reporting to sales management * You have a cooperative and solution-oriented leadership style, and are a team player * Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken * Passion for design and luxury furniture * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
