Delaware Valley Residential Care is currently seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain and promote a clean, safe, and secure environment for all residents, employees, and guests.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet. (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, & bonneting) areas that include offices, lobbies, entrances, stairways, resident rooms, and other common areas.
Ensure perfect working tools and equipment employed to execute high quality work.
Responsible for the cleaning of restrooms, lounges, corridors, hallways, stairways, and other workspaces of the campus while keeping the health and hygiene standards
Respond promptly to all housekeeping needs
Ensure superior housekeeping standards in all residential areas
Complete makeready process of vacant resident apartments
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, required
6 months experience in Housekeeping/Environmental Services, preferred
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and promote a positive environment for both team members and participants
Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
Proven track record of timeliness and accountability
