Established retail fixture installation company looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented individual for Associate Project Management position.

Required to have Retail / Commercial Construction experience, be comfortable speaking with installers, clients, subcontractors, and electricians over the phone.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics is required. Knowledge of obtaining permits and compliance with applicable building codes and inspections is a plus but not required.

Job Duties included but not limited to:

• Maintain a working relationship with our clients and subcontractors in a professional and competent manner.
• Manage and field calls from in house install teams and subcontractors on job sites.
• Visit sites on occasion to learn the installation process and check work, and or meet client PMs (Includes potential travel nationwide).
• Edit and maintain the job schedule for your team in spreadsheets and Quickbooks etc. Create and maintain Dropbox folders containing pertinent documents.
• Book travel arrangements when needed.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments through common carriers, logistics partners as well as Fedex & UPS.
• Participate in marketing projects and discussions with the team to expand our client base.
