    Job Description

    • Leading the life science department and driving team performance.
    • Developing and implementing innovative research methodologies.
    • Contributing to the company's broader strategic objectives.
    • Communicating effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    • Presenting research findings to internal and external audiences.
    • Guiding the professional development of team members.
    • Actively participating in industry events and conferences.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Lead Research Scientist should have:

    • A PhD in Life Sciences, Computer Science or a related field.
    • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
    • Experience working with LLM Data Strategy, RLHF prompt engineering and multimodal foundation models.
    • Ideally you will have published in the LLM space with good citations.
    • Experience in developing and implementing research methodologies.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
    • An understanding of industry regulations and standards.
    • The ability to present research findings effectively.
