Is a weekly service, we have 3 stores. Payment for landscaping is $450 per month.

This includes the recurring landscape maintenance once a week and the shrub trimming once a month.

We have 3 stores:

- _Dollar Tree2814 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL 32806_
- _Dollar Tree5211 S Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812_
- _Dollar Tree5680 Central Florida Pkwy., Orlando, FL 32821_

The client is looking to have the RLM done 4 times per month.

Recurring landscape maintenance-1: This service is the most important because it happens regularly throughout the season. The customer would like to have the grass cut, edged, and trimmed. The weeds are to be removed either by a chemical spray, weed trimmer, or by hand throughout the property. If the property has a retention pond, please include in the cost for helping maintain the pond.

Finally, the trash is to be picked up in both the parking lot, sidewalk, and, other areas throughout the property and removed away from the property.

The trash bins for the store can only use by the employees.

The amount of services per month is mostly determined by the client, so the number of services will try from month to month.


Additional Tree Trimming:

They would like the small number of trees to have light pruning to make sure the trees are not hitting any customers or vehicles.

This service would be done once a year. If more major tree trimming is needed that requires equipment, please let me know.

Differen services provided in specific moments of the year:

Fall Cleanup:

this service would also happen once a year during the end of the year to make sure the leaves and the trash are being picked up and removed from the property.


Fertilization:

The fertilizer services would happen about 2 times per year and it's to make sure the grass, trees, and bushes are healthy throughout the season.


Shrub Trimming:

this season is also once a year to make sure the shrubs are trimmed back into shape and presentable to the customer.


Spring Cleanup:

this service would also happen once a year during the beginning of the year to make sure the leaves and the trash are being picked up and removed from the property.


Mulch Installation Service:

The client would like to have the mulch beds refill if there are area that have little to no mulch in the beds.
