Job Summary:
The Nursing Director will strategize, coordinate, and manage fiscal, personnel, and patient care activities to ensure adherence to standards of care and practice, tailored to patient needs and age considerations, while striving for cost efficiency.
Additionally, the Nursing Director will play a pivotal role in integrating the nursing area(s) into the broader organizational framework.Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)Three (3) years of previous nursing supervisory experience (preferred)
Required Skills:Strong critical thinking abilitiesDecisive judgmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionCurrent clinical competence relevant to the patient population served
