YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ONLINE CONSULTANT (M/F/D) PART-

TIME:

You support and advise a designated customer base of online-savvy private customers and practice a holistic multi-channel consulting approach
You maintain and intensify existing customer relationships through communication channels such as email, ePostbox, video chat, and telephone
You actively approach customers, identify their needs and offer suitable solutions
You continuously expand your knowledge of digital banking products and services and use this knowledge to provide personalized advice to customers
You work closely with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
You contribute to the development and implementation of digital consulting strategies and processes

YOUR PROFILE:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a degree in business administration or a related field
You have experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the banking sector
You have a strong affinity for digital media and are familiar with online banking and
