Overview of Responsibilities**- Able to review all group online enrollment setups, prior to releasing for enrollment to brokers, to ensure there are no enrollment errors that will occur, requirement requests from the carrier are mínimal and the approval process TAT is reduced

  • Provide individuals with a list of missing items, if any, and document the scores on an audit spreadsheet.
  • For preenrollment group review, review 100% of all online enrollment setups on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings by individual, Carrier, Broker, etc.
  • Examine audit results, determining whether the individual understands the technical objectives of his/her job, and report them to the Manager.
  • Review case specific carrier audit results for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Identify trends and training opportunities for the individual or the department as a whole.
  • Have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing the audit results in a group setting and/or to any level of management upon request.
  • Assist in training, auditing and feedback of new hires.
  • Actively participate in the testing of new systems, development of new projects, etc. with the ability to provide constructive criticisM/Feedback.
  • Provide back up in other areas within the department/company as needed/requested.
  • Other activities as assigned.

Additional Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate the use of computer system, computer programs and office equipment as necessary, including ability to type a minimum of 3035 wpm and proficiency in the use of a 10 key.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, generally with shift start times between 8:008:30 a.m., as determined by senior management.
  • Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by senior management.
  • May require occasional in/out of state multi day travel to include training of brokers, agencies, enrollment meeting participation, etc.
  • Act as a resource for internal and external customers as needed.
  • High level planning, organizing and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills leading to alternative coverage option considerations, with the same or other carriers.
  • High level negotiation skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve mathematical discrepancies.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm in pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask.

This position requires the ability to work additional hours beyond regular work schedules as necessary during our peak season to meet commitments to our customers and business needs (including holidays, weekends, etc.).

Compensation

  • Hourly Range*: $ $31.25 per hour
  • Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education and/or skill level.
