We are currently seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Office Services Manager.In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage our service department, playing a crucial part in our mission to deliver exceptional service and assist our clients in achieving their financial goals.
Salary for this position:
Starting at $55,000 - $65,000 (plus bonuses and profit sharing)
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the service department, ensuring two staff members efficiently process everything from withdrawal requests to new business applications.
Refine operational processes and systems for better efficiency, implementing key overhauls to optimize workflows.
Lead the transition of our business, developing and executing plans for seamless integration and high service standards.
Supervise the preparation for client reviews by an in-office advisor, ensuring all documentation and reports are prepared accurately and promptly.
Lead the service department, promoting an environment of growth and high performance, and ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with company objectives.
Consistently review and improve service delivery, introducing new methods and enhancements to achieve superior client satisfaction and operational excellence.Required Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in managing and leading teams, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategic plans, particularly in business transitions or integrations.
Understanding of the financial services industry, including client servicing and regulatory requirements.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and propose innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
