Our client, the Treptower Park Housing Cooperative, is a cooperative committed to the common good, founded in , with approximately 900 apartments in four districts of Berlin.

A central concern is to provide members with a livable, safe, and socially responsible living space, and to consistently develop the cooperative in a sustainable manner.

A team of twelve dedicated and qualified employees continuously maintain and modernize the housing stock and take care of all matters concerning their approximately members.

TO STRENGTHEN OUR TEAM, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Financial Accountant for Housing Management (m/f/d) TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.


Your responsibilities:
Processing of business transactions in financial, rent, member, and asset accounting Preparation of heating and operating cost statements Preparation of annual financial statements Processing of payment transactions Electronic archiving (document management)

Your profile:

Commercial training as a financial accountant, tax assistant, real estate agent, or real estate specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent knowledge/skills Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the housing or real estate industry Knowledge of industry-specific software desirable (e.g.

WODIS)
