Pay for this position starts at $100,000 annually._

What will you do in this role?

Oversee the architecture of enterprise software system.
Perform quality assurance of program logic, data processing and error resolution, including making use of dedicated development and test systems. Implement improvements to QA and testing procedures ensuring the highest quality development is achieved.
Manage performance tests on new and existing software for the purposes of correcting issues, isolating areas for improvement and general debugging.
Manage software development projects and provide accurate estimates on development tasks for complex software solutions.
Collaborate with the company's internal and supplier resources for prompt resolution of any software problems or emergencies.

What would make you successful in this role?

Bachelor's degree in business administration, software development, computer science or information technology.
Four or more years of related work experience.
Expert knowledge in Microsoft technology stack including C# or Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Microsoft.

NET 4.x and 6.0, Blazor, C#, VB.NET, Xamarin/MAUI, and Visual Studio.

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management, and vendors verbally and written form.
Experience creating data mappings and data integrations for custom and 3rd party software including API's and files exchanges using flat file, XML, and JSON.
Development experience of Microsoft SQL Server environment, including SSIS and SSRS.
Experience of business intelligence solutions such as QlikView or SQL Server Analysis Services.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principals.
Experience and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile and Continuous Integration principals.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.

Above and Beyond Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, software development, computer science, or information technology.
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.

Travel Requirements

Less than 10% travel.
