Estimated Starting Salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year.
Duties and Responsibilities/Results:
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Prepare regular and adhoc reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze HR data such as employee demographics, turnover rates, and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Use historical data and statistical methods to forecast future HR trends, such as staffing needs, turnover rates, and workforce demographics.
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, and reports.
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Assures accurate utilization of the HRIS by providing training and guidance to other department members.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
- All other duties, as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HRIS (UKG and Workday) related work experience with primary focus on system configuration, maintenance, creating reports, and data analytics.
- Experience managing HRIS implementations/enhancements.
- Ability to work with discretion, diplomacy, and tact in highpressure settings.
- Analytical and detailoriented with excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics.
- Highly selfmotivated and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience handling sensitive, confidential organizational, department, and performance information.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent reportwriting skills.
- Proficient with Business Intelligence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/36
- Customer service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in related field.
- Experience with UKG and Workday implementation and integration experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Excel tools, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, etc.
- Banking or Financial industry experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
