Job Overview:
Duties:
- Provide case management services to clients in the PRP program
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Implement crisis management strategies when necessary
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in behavioral health or child welfare settings
- Knowledge of child protective services and childcare practices
- Strong conflict management skills
- Familiarity with crisis intervention and crisis management techniques
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in child welfare services
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $24.16 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
