The PRISMA Sport & Event UG has been responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fun sports events, such as Bubble Soccer, in Springfield, VA since 2016.

As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for a part-time employee to join our team on a €538.00 basis.


As an event attendant/team leader for bachelor parties, birthdays, clubs, companies, etc., you will be responsible for overseeing the individual groups on-site, ensuring smooth operations and a great atmosphere.

We provide thorough training to ensure a simple and efficient management of each event group.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Transporting to and from event locations
  • Setting up and taking down equipment and providing instructions to event groups
  • Supervising the group as a game leader
  • Being the point of contact onsite during the event

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a car
  • A friendly and serviceoriented demeanor
  • Being smart and enjoying interacting with people
  • Availability to work mostly on weekends (always by arrangement)
  • Experience as a team leader or coach is preferred, but not required
