For our early and late shifts, we are looking for a

Nursing Assistant - Home Care (m/f/d) in Burgwedel near Hannover, part-time (20 hours), who enjoys working with people.

This is how your workday looks like with us:

You build a trusting relationship with your clients and their families (primary care) and provide them with security in their daily lives.

You support our clients with personal care and assist them with daily activities, meals, and movement.

You also document your care processes digitally.

Furthermore, you act as a liaison between administration, clients, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

You are involved in decisions that concern your area of responsibility and ensure comprehensive and, if necessary, palliative care for your clients.
