We are currently seeking support for our group of occupational medical practices at our Berlin location.


Responsibilities:

  • You will advise and support our participants in all areas of occupational medical care.
  • You will assist in conducting occupational medical examinations, including field work.
  • You will be responsible for laboratory activities, blood collection, and vaccinations.
  • You will handle registration and administrative tasks such as creating participant files and scheduling appointments.
  • You will organize the practice operations in close coordination with the site management, including correspondence and ordering.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your training as a Medical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician, or Occupational Medical Assistant.
  • You have gained initial experience in the field of occupational medical care OR
  • You have knowledge of examination procedures such as ECG, ergometry, perimetry and vision testing, audiometry, psychomotor test procedures (Vienna Test System), and lung function testing.
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office and practice software.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, additional foreign language skills are a plus.
