    **Customer Experience Associate**

    AcreTrader is seeking a Customer Experience Associate based in Fayetteville, AR to join our AcreMaps team to build better relationships with our users. This is an exciting opportunity to be the forward facing ambassador for AcreMaps product and services. The Customer Experience Associate will be a vocal advocate for our users and create an enriching customer experience.

    We put the user first to give people the power to discover and evaluate land, proactively listening to user feedback and generating ideas based on their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and deep empathy for the user. They will be working within a startup environment that requires flexibility and nimbleness with good communication and willingness to make a real contribution to the team.

    **Core Responsibilities:**

    Manage customer relations by engaging users on a regular basis to meet their needs

    Communicate with and respond to customers who request information

    Resolve problems to achieve customer satisfaction and minimize issues

    Analyze data from customer interactions and deliver insights to the product team

    Develop and conduct customer feedback surveys

    Schedule in-person and online meetings with customers

    Create re-engagement strategies with customers

    Improve and maintain the overall brand experience

    Monitor customer satisfaction levels using qualitative metrics

    Present the companys product and services to prospective customers

    **Key Competencies/Requirements:**

    Ability to handle multiple requests with exceptional follow through and time management

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    2+ years experience in a customer service role

    2+ years experience providing customer experience for a technology application

    2+ years experience in a CRM such as Hubspot

    Interest in agriculture and finance
