- Set the tone for the customer experience, sending welcome letters, and updating customer on initial appointment
- Keep assigned homeowners updated throughout entire RbA experience
- In this role you will be assigned to 7 to 10 Sales Associates
- Once a sale is finalized all the details and customer demographics will be sent to the Customer Care Representative, who will be the customers' direct point of contact.
- Coordinate with other departments to problem solve
- Confirming order process with administrative team
- Confirm shipping
- Troubleshoot to avoid escalation
- Answering questions
- Addressing complaints
- Displaying creative conflict resolutions skills
